Artico Exports sources Indian textiles on behalf of international buyers. Submitting a sourcing brief is free and non-binding. A binding order exists only once you and your dedicated manager have agreed specific terms — product, quantity, price, payment schedule, and delivery timeline — in writing.
Prices shown on this site (in the calculator, category catalogue, or via the Sourcing Assistant) are indicative estimates, not binding quotes. Your dedicated manager confirms an exact price after reviewing your brief and, where applicable, after sample approval.
Where escrow is used, the specific deposit/balance split and release conditions will be confirmed with you in writing before any payment is requested. Funds are released to the supplier only after quality inspection is confirmed, per the terms agreed for that order.
We handle Indian export documentation. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in your destination country are your responsibility. Trade rules change — confirm current rates with a licensed customs broker in your own country before finalizing any order.
We aim to catch quality issues before dispatch through physical inspection, but we don't guarantee a specific outcome for any order beyond what's explicitly agreed in writing for that order.
